　Travel for the first time in a while with friends I met through my children.This time there are 7 families, but the number of men is 3 due to circumstances, and 10 people participated.We will board two wagons and leave Okayama at 6:30.After taking a break at Otsu SA, we arrive at Gujouhachiman IC after 13:00.Start the tour of famous places at once。From around 13:50, take an hour to see the Jump Contest Bridge, Sogisui, a cityscape walk, and Gujouhachiman Castle.
　Tonight's inn, Nigoriｋo Onsen at an altitude of 1,600 meters, a long steep slope on Prefectural Route 441 continues.This road is called Mitake Panora Marine. You can see Mt. Ontake and the longest lava flow in Japan.I finally arrived at the inn when my tiredness reached the peak.Tonight's inn "Hutte Mori no Nakama" is the inn I used when climbing Mt. Ontake on November 5, 2008.It is a small Hutte in the back corner of Nigoriko Onsen. The dinner party started immediately, and I didn't feel the tiredness of the trip, and the women played the leading role and it was very exciting.

November 3, 2002(Sun.)　Snow

　Today's plan is for me and my wife to climb Mt. Ontake, and for other members to take a walk nearby and spend time in the hot springs.When I woke up in the morning, yesterday's weather looked like a lie and it was heavy snow.We don't know how far we can go because it's snowing, but we're leaving for the time being. Pass the Mt. Ontakesan trailhead at around 8 o'clock.The snow is only getting stronger, so I passed Sennin Waterfall at 9:30 and gave up when I arrived at Nozoki Rock at 10:50.At an altitude of 2,270M, it was 2.4km point from Nigoriko Onsen and 2km point from the summit of Hida.
　After merging with everyone and strolling around the nearby Hino Waterfall, take a bath in the large open-air bath run by the town.It was an open-air bath with a snowy landscape, but it was a mixed bath, but it was a little blindfolded by the snow, and I spent the best time.Tonight's dinner will end with the female protagonist, just like last night.

　I was surprised when I woke up in the morning. The car was buried in the snow.We were wondering if we could go home, but the snow stopped completely so we decided to wait for a while.Since the main road had been cleared of snow, everyone removed the snow from the parking lot and made it possible for cars to move.Fortunately, both cars had chains, so I was able to leave safely.The car without any snow equipment was in trouble.I left the inn after 10 o'clock, but my car entered the ditch because of the slope and not being used to the snowy road.After struggling, I finally escaped, but I was worried about slipping and started driving slowly.However, as the altitude goes down, the snow gradually decreases.When I reached the foot of the mountain, the snow disappeared completely.
　Today I will return via Gandate Park in Hidaosaka-cho Town.Arrived at the roadside station "Hanamomo" at 13:15.I have lunch there and take a break.Place your car in Gandate Park and stroll along the promenade to Mitsu Waterfall.Go home with the same course as when you came from there.
