Mt. Enasan summit(12:09 2h 21m) ⇒ Hirogawara Trailhead(14:30)
The Kuroisawa course was a general mountain climbing course on Mt. Ena. However, since the Hirokawara course was created, the Hirokawara course, which is advantageous in terms of time, has become more popular. For the three of us entering from Shinshu, it will naturally be a Hirokawara course. However, there is no exit at Sonohara IC on the highway down line, and I get off at Iida Yamamoto IC, so I feel that it is a little wasteful in terms of time.
Enter the parking lot in front of the car stop gate on the Forest Road Otani Kirigahara Line from Hirugami hot spring. From there, walk about 2km along the forest road along the Motodani River to the Hirogawara trailhead. From Hirogawara Trailhead, go down a little and go out to the river, and you will see a mountain trail on the opposite bank. It's a steep slope from the beginning, and the heat and lack of visibility add to the mental fatigue. It takes 1 hour and 22 minutes to reach the display board at 5/10 midpoint stage, and take a short break here.
From this area, it became a field of bamboo grass and opened the view of the Southern Alps, so the tiredness was healed. From there, proceed along the ridgeline, passing the 7/10 stage in 35 minutes and the 8/10 stage in 54 minutes. The summit of Mt. Enasan will arrive at 10:47, one hour and 39 minutes later. There is a small shrine there.I went to the plaza of the evacuation hut with a good view, but the view was not good due to the haze.
Take a long lunch time and go down the mountain quickly. The visibility is not so good, so it can be hot and very tired.Especially, the forest road from the Hirogawara trailhead feels long.Take a relaxing bath at "Yuttarina Hirugami" in Hirugami hot spring to heal sweat and tiredness.
