　I have begun to run from 45 years old for health.I participated in marathon meet of six countries and approximately nationwide . Because I cannot expect a good record, completion is the target .I take pride in being splendid results of more than 93% at the completion rate.By the way, until now I participate 231 times , and the completion is 215 times . The mileage is running 4,740km.The first marathon of the wife is full marathon. often win a prize and leave good results.Above all , Sightseeing and a hot spring after the completion account for the big weight of the marathon travel. Since running the city in practice in foreign countries , I can enjoy scenery not to be able to taste in the ordinary travel. In addition, I can run at sightseeing feeling because the overseas marathon considerably has a long time limit than Japan.Paris, Prague cost the tourist attraction as the master of the old city in the marathon course. Therefore this marathon is oneself one sightseeing luxurious. This marathon considerably needs an expense. I am satisfied for health and a hobby. I fail in the record for aging and the trouble of the foot recently. Because my meeting entries decrease above all, I am disappointed. 　He has been running for over 25 years and has recently been burned out. In addition, the side effects of the remedy and a blank for about a year caused my muscles to fall extremely. I resumed my practice to recover it, but the muscles that fell once do not recover easily. Before the treatment, I ran the harf for about two hours, but now I can't finish the race. Recently, he finally turned up and ran the full marathon twice in October (Matsumoto, Morioka). I overcame 5 hours, but managed to finish the race. Since I can no longer enjoy running the Full Marathon, I am thinking of specializing in the Half Marathon from now on. Since I ran in Iwate prefecture this time, my immediate goal is to run in Fukushima prefecture, Wakayama prefecture, Tokushima prefecture and Saga prefecture. It seems that it's about time to think about retirement.
