Edohigan in the precincts is an old tree comparable to Toyooka's "Sakura of Enmei Jizoudou", and is estimated to be 500 years old from the history of the temple.There are some cavities at the base, but the tree vigor is good.It is valuable as a tree that tells the history of the oldest temple in the city.
The cherry blossoms at the foot of the mountain are weeping cherry trees in the front mountain of the precincts. Estimated to be 300 years old, it touches the tip of a branch with Edohigan in the precincts, and blooms together in the cherry blossom season to color the precincts.Both trees are valuable cultural assets that tell the history of Jinrei.
