Turn left at the three-way road near Takamatsu Nishi High School and immediately turn right toward Goshikidai.Turn left at the signboard of Sanpakuhassyouen and go about 100m inside the landscaping.It is well maintained and has a great presence against the backdrop of nearby bonsai.
