In 1997, opened a new Ashikaga flower park in Sakamachou, Ashikaga city. The current site area is 100,000m2.
Thin wisteria, purple wisteria, white wisteria, and blooms at different flowering times. Especially, the four tunnels of Ofuji (three of Nodakusyaku wisteria and one of Yaekkuryuu wisteria) and the 80m white wisteria tunnel are the highlights. Festival-" will be held. Around June, you can enjoy 200,000 flower irises and 1,500 hydrangeas in the garden. The Illumination "Light Flower Garden", which will be held from the end of October, is known nationwide.

By train, change to the Ryomo Line at Koyama Station on the JR Tohoku Main Line, and get off at Ashikaga Flower Park Station, which is a 3-minute walk.
If traveling by car, take the Tohoku Expressway Sano Fujioka IC and head towards Route 50 Maebashi/Ashikaga (about 18 minutes),From North Kanto Expressway Sanokanuma IC, go through prefectural road 16 to prefectural road 67 in the direction of Ashikaga (about 12 minutes).
